Fantastic opportunities have arisen for several Linux Administrators required to join a global leading IT consulting services company based in Gloucester.

Candidates should have at one year's experience and have technical experience of some of the following: ITIL, network storage and software tools for provisioning, configuration management, configuration control and performance tuning.

Skills/Experience

Essential skills:
• Good knowledge of Bash scripting.
• General Redhat Linux experience.
• Candidates MUST possess a valid DV clearance for this role.
• Ability to work in a terminal environment with various editors such as VI & SED.
• Good analytical capability and general technical knowledge.

Desirable skills:
• A solid background in networks.
• Knowledge of DHCP & DNS servers.
• Familiarity with HP service desk.
• Knowledge of IBM hardware (to bios level).
