A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a global leading IT consulting services company based within/around London. A long term support/development role will involve working within the Space and Defence department and being responsible for engaging directly with clients and end users.

Roles and responsibilities
• Engage with existing and potential customers in face to face meetings to establish business problems and issues.
• Relate a technical team/solution to the business problem
• Manage the relationship between technical teams and non technical end users.
• Gather feedback from end user clients in order to gauge and maintain customer satisfaction levels and coordinate and plan future projects.

Skills/Experience

Essential Experience
• Excellent client facing and communications skills.
• Organised and methodical approach to working.
• Candidates MUST have highest level Government Security Clearance (DV)
• Proactive and enthusiastic work ethic and can do attitude with a desire to learn new skills.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications
• In depth knowledge of the public sector/government/Defence/Security marketplace

In return, a generous basic salary of £30k-£60k is available depending on experience, as well as medical insurance + pension + share options + excellent benefits package.
