Security Cleared/Developed Vetting

***SC Level Government Security Clearance is required for this role***

Candidates must be happy to work in shift pattern and be available to travel

Primary Duties:
• Maintenance and system testing of Reacher and Skynet 5 terminals
• Terminal re-testing and upgrades
• 24hr telephone based customer support
• Occasional work in theatre - likely to be twice yearly

Essential Competencies:
• At least 5 years experience of test and repair activity within complex military development and/or installation and/or Customer support environment
• IT / Communications engineering qualification

Desirable Competencies:
• Communications engineering and/or IT based ONC/HNC
• Forklift and C and/or C+E licensed

Essential Training Requirements:
Communications test engineering, design engineering and/or ILS/TLS engineering background.

Desirable Training Requirements:
Knowledge maritime installations as mentioned above or additional
