Well- known media firm are seeking an experienced, permanent Development Team Leader to join their busy and professional team.

Title: Development Team Leader
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Location: South East, London

The successful candidate will lead a team of developers and will be responsible for the planning and implementation of solutions for application framework and new projects.

Duties will include;
• Line management of a small team of developers.
• Lead on the detailed technical design of software solutions.
• Plan the activities of coordinating developers for specific projects in the areas of software design, development, testing and documentation.
• Creation of design, implementation, configuration, guide, release and deployment documents and the ongoing maintenance of this documentation.
• Creation of build and deployment scripts.
• Ensure compliance to coding standards, guidelines, code review processes.
• Support the agreed code management and version control approach.
• Contribute to the realisation of the application framework.
