My client within a well-recognised and respected consultancy is looking a CRM Development Consultant to join an established CRM implementation team.

The successful candidate will undertake CRM development work based upon development specifications provided to you by the CRM Project Managers:
• Provide all CRM Developers with the necessary support to allow them to effectively carry out their responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance to the Account Management and Sales teams when pitching for new business or discussing existing projects
• Undertake CRM development work at Head Office office or at the Customer site
• Configure and provide details of the Development and Test Environments to the CRM Project Managers
• Provide development work in the form of an installable package or directly via connection details to the Test Environment
• Provide assistance to Level 1 and Level 2 Support engineers to ensure code-related issues can be resolved
• Provide accurate quotations for development work specified in a Development Proposal or Change Request document

Person Specification - Qualifications:
• Computing degree or equivalent experience - essential
• Sage / Microsoft accreditation - desirable

Person Specification - Skills and Abilities:
• Previous working knowledge of CRM systems - essential
• Experience of developing and supporting IT systems - essential
• RDMS concepts - essential
• Reporting - desirable

Person Specification - Experience and Knowledge
• Technical skills (C#.NET, T-SQL, VBScript, XML, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008) - essential
• Technical skills (Crystal Reports, Javascript) - desirable
