Service Desk Analyst, London £10.00 - £11.00 per hour

A Service Desk Analyst needed. Candidates must have previous experience of working in an IT Support role and be comfortable in a KPI and SLA driven environment.

Previous experience of the following packages is essential: AD, Citrix, VPN, Exchange/Outlook, MS Office, general windows troubleshooting and CA ticket logging system. The role is contract to perm, therefore a candidate who would like a permenant role, is preferred.
