Field Service Engineer Jobs

Our client working within the telecoms industry requires a Service Delivery Manager to manage the provision of managed service and support services for customer accounts.

As the successful IT Systems Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects from initial design and specification through to physical installation, documentation and ongoing 3rd line support.

Applicants must have practical experience / skills in most of the following areas:
• MS Windows Server including terminal services (now RDS)
• MS App-V
• MS Exchange
• VM Ware vSphere and View
• HP Servers and storage systems including iSCSI and Fibre
• General skills in network LAN and WAN technologies from HP, 3Com, and Cisco
• Knowledge of application software such as Backup, Imaging and Anti virus solutions.

Experience of SQL, SharePoint, Systems Centre and Citrix Solutions would be an advantage as would experience of Left Hand and Dell storage solutions and 2nd generation wireless technology solutions.
