Job role: Our client is seeking a self-motivated and proficient Senior Hardware Project Manager to take responsibility for managing all aspects of their hardware development in Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background involving RF Hardware Engineering gained within an electronics or instruments manufacturing company. You should be familiar with high volume manufacturing and will benefit from previous experience of working within a test and measurement organisation.

You will have achieved a good Engineering related Degree to support your solid Project Management and Planning skills. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be a competent organiser and have the ability to motivate and encourage your team accordingly in order to meet tight timescales and implement changes as required.
