I have an excellent role for a leading client who is seeking for an experienced Sales / Branch Manager.

Title: Sales / Branch Manager
Salary: 20k to 45k pounds + uncapped commission/OTE + good benefits + car/fuel allowance, mobile phone, etc
Location: London, UK

An experienced Sales / Branch Manager is required for a well established independent Estate Agency located in London.

- Experience within Residential properties / lettings.
- Able to manage a team and have proven track record.
- Full UK driving licence and own car required.
- Ideally prefer someone with NAEA/ARLA qualification but this not a must.

Duties of this exciting Sales / Branch role will include:

- Manage all aspects of estate agency.
- Hold meetings, set targets and manage a dynamic team.
- Business development and strategy.
- Value properties, agree budgets, forecasts and overseeing the general day to day running of the business.
